Shipping Information:

When you place your order, you will then be prompted to decide what your preferred shipping method is. Once you have chosen all the items you need, you can then decide how quickly you need them. We will combine all items as best as possible to keep your shipping costs low, but be sure to include all items in one order to get the best shipping price possible.

Processing Time:

Most orders are shipped within two business days (48 hours) of order placement.
Wholesale purchase orders may take more time (about 3-5 days), and our sales manager will contact you and tell you the specific reason and time.

Please note these are average delivery times during business days. Any guarantees made in shipping times is made by the carrier, not SmartRep Company.
Delivery to international addresses with Shipment is estimated within 5-45 business days. The shipping method used may vary depending on the location and availability, however a method that can be tracked is always preferred unless one cannot be used for the specific address.
The cost of shipping with Shipment varies depending on your shipping location. This cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Note:

The tracking number will be sent you one day later. We promise that All Items you ordered will be sent to you. Your package may be unpacking inspection by shipping forwarder, DHL HK/China, HK/China customs, consignee’s Local customs and local DHL. Please contact with your customer manager when missing some items ASAP.
